How to amend your regular Direct Debit payment to Elementary

If you have a regular payment with Elementary Creative, via Direct Debit, you might need to amend the payment date or your bank account. Here's how to do that!
Amend the payment date
- If you would like to amend the date that the Direct Debit is taken from your bank account, please contact us and we can amend this for you.
Amend the bank account
To make changes to the bank account which your Direct Debit comes out of, you can either:
- Contact our Direct Debit processing team directly by phoning 020 7183 8674.
- Contact us directly to cancel the Direct Debit mandate for the customer and get them to fill out a new Direct Debit form with their new bank details.
